Dharamshala, Feb. 11 -- BJP state senior spokesperson and National Executive Council member Trilok Kapoor on Wednesday alleged that Himachal Pradesh has been pushed towards economic distress under the Congress government due to "mismanagement and wasteful expenditure."In a statement issued here, Kapoor claimed that the Sukhu-led government, which repeatedly cites a financial crisis, has spent heavily on events, publicity, political appointments and privileges instead of prioritising public welfare.
