Dehradun, Nov. 5 -- Uttarakhand Congress legislator has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's coming to Adi Kailash two years ago resulted into heavy tourists flow in the region but Pushkar Singh Dhami government failed to construct a sewerline and develop infrastructure to meet needed civic amenities. Congress MLA from Dharchula Harish Dhami thanked Modi but alleged that state government has not even developed sewer line to meet thr challanges of rising tourist inflow in his constituency.
