Hyderabad, Nov. 14 -- As the Congress inching closer to a decisive win in the Jubilee Hills by-election, celebrations at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday as party cadres gathered to mark the near-certain victory.
Congress candidate Naveen Yadav continued to widen his lead with every round of counting, while BRS nominee Maganti Sunitha failed to gain an edge in any round since the process began.
