Hyderabad, June 18 -- Conditions are favourable for the further advance of the southwest monsoon into more parts of Telangana, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and some parts of Chhattisgarh during the next four to five days, the Meteorological Centre said on Thursday.

In its daily weather report, the Centre said that the trough extending from Jharkhand to Coastal Andhra Pradesh now runs from East Vidarbha to Tamil Nadu across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at 0.9 km above mean sea level.
