Lucknow, Nov. 3 -- Under Phase II of the Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin), the Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department held a high-level Governing Body meeting on Tuesday, chaired by Panchayati Raj Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar, to expedite efforts towards achieving and sustaining Open Defecation Free (ODF) status and meeting ODF Plus targets.
