New Delhi, May 12 -- A written police complaint has been lodged against AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj alleging that he publicly disclosed details that could reveal the identity of a minor sexual assault victim in the sensitive Janakpuri school case.
The complaint, filed by advocate Praveen Narayan at Janakpuri Police Station, seeks registration of an FIR against the former MLA and the Aam Aadmi Party under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the POCSO Act, the Juvenile Justice Act and other applicable laws.
