London, July 7 -- Seventh seed Coco Gauff came from behind to beat No. 4 seed and compatriot U.S. Jessica Pegula in the Wimbledon 2026 quarter-finals, sealing it with a breakto win 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 on Tuesday.

After their ninth meeting in all competitions, Gauff will take on either Naomi Osaka or Karolina Muchova in the semi-finals at the Grand Slam tennis tournament in south-west London.

"It's pretty insane, considering I hadn't won a match on grass in two years before this tournament," Gauff said on court.
