Hazaribagh, Feb. 25 -- Coal-laden Hyva trucks have reportedly resumed operations on the Barkagaon-Keredari route leading towards Hazaribagh, despite an earlier no-entry order issued by the then Deputy Commissioner, Ravi Shankar Prasad Shukla, in view of public safety concerns.

The restriction had been imposed to prevent accidents and ensure smooth movement for local commuters, but residents claim the directive is now being openly flouted.
