Chitrakoot, Sept. 6 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday conducted an aerial survey and on-site inspection of flood-affected areas in Chitrakoot, the state's ancient pilgrimage town. He reviewed the situation on the ground and distributed relief material to 800 families affected by the floods.

At the Ramayan Mela premises, the Chief Minister also distributed land allotment certificates and financial assistance from the Disaster Relief Fund to families whose homes were destroyed or who were rendered homeless by the flooding.
