Lucknow, Nov. 17 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday stressed that no one is inherently incompetent; what society truly needs are capable leaders.
While addressing the convocation ceremony of Babu Banarasi Das University, guided the youth in the role of a "mentor."He encouraged them to strive continuously, emphasizing that sincere effort makes anything possible.
