Patna, Oct. 15 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary Thursday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for arranging special train services between Bhagalpur and Katihar.
Choudhary said the special trains would make travel easier for passengers from Bhagalpur, Katihar, Munger, Khagaria, Naugachia and nearby areas. The services would help passengers save time and improve rail connectivity in the region, he said, adding that they would also benefit people travelling during festivals and other peak travel periods.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that the initiative would support regional development and strengthen connectivity between the Ang region and Seemanchal.
