New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- Marking one year of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Delhi, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday described the milestone as a journey rooted in struggle, public trust and service, as she launched multiple development works in her Assembly constituency, Shalimar Bagh.

Addressing residents after inaugurating projects at the District Park in Pitampura, the Chief Minister struck an emotional note while presenting a report card of development initiatives undertaken over the past year.

She said works worth around Rs 250 crore have been initiated or completed in the Shalimar Bagh constituency, while mega infrastructure projects amounting to several thousand crore rupees are underway across the area.
