Chandigarh, March 6 -- The Punjab Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Friday gave its formal approval to the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2026-27.
Meeting at the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat, the Council of Ministers cleared the way for the state's fiscal roadmap to be presented during the ongoing budget session. Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema is scheduled to present the Budget Estimates for 2026-27 in the Vidhan Sabha on March 8.
