Imphal, April 29 -- ManipurChief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Wednesday inaugurated five development projects in Langthabal Assembly Constituency, emphasising that peace remains the foremost prerequisite for development and urging civil society organisations and the public to work together for harmony in the state.
The projects include three water supply schemes-Karam, Haoreibi and Lilong Chajing-as well as two community halls at Naran Konjil Mayai Leikai and Naorem Leikai. The inaugural programme was held at Naorem Leikai Community Hall in Imphal West district.
