New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Monday announced a call for a peaceful march from India Gate to the Delhi Police Headquarters on September 5, led by families of deceased NEET victims and victims of alleged police brutality.
The party said the protest was being organised over the government's alleged failure to honour commitments made to them on July 25.
The announcement issued after the conclusion of the party's National Working Committee, which reviewed compliance by the Government of India and BJP/NDA-ruled states with commitments made to the country's youth last month, before nationwide protests over the NEET issue were called off.
