New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor on Wednesday alleged that the purported nexus between the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had been "exposed" after AAP leaders were seen alongside CJP leader Abhijeet Dipke in Naraina.
Rejecting Dipke's allegation that a CJP volunteers' meeting in Delhi was cancelled due to political pressure, Kapoor said the BJP government had no reason to obstruct a meeting at a privately booked venue.
"CJP was allowed to hold a protest at Jantar Mantar. Therefore, there is no reason for the BJP government to deny permission for a meeting at a private banquet hall," Kapoor said.
