Hyderabad, April 5 -- Chief Justice of India (CJI) Justice Surya Kant on Sunday laid the foundation stone for the Telangana High Court Zone-II buildings at Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, stressing the importance of robust judicial infrastructure for ensuring access to justice.

Addressing the gathering, he said every major undertaking unfolds in three stages-beginning, progress, and fulfilment-and noted that the High Court complex is currently at a significant phase of expansion. He underlined that while courtrooms represent the visible face of the judiciary, a vast support system behind them sustains the delivery of justice.
