Patna, Jan. 3 -- Chief Justice India Justice Surya Kant on Saturday emphasised the need for transparency in judicial system and also for delivering justice on time.
The CJI was addressing a function to mark laying of foundation stones for various projects in the premises of the Patna High Court.
He said transparency must be maintained in judicial system to deliver justice. In digital era and continued advancement of technology, all data and details of the cases must be accessed by stakeholders to maintain transparency, he noted.
