Kolkata, April 26 -- Guaranteeing the citizenship for refugees and taking a tough stance on infiltration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday reached out directly to the Matua community in Bangaon.
The Prime Minister made assurances to the Matua community and refugees from Bangladesh of full rights under the Citizenship Amendment Act, the centrepiece of his address, while warning illegal infiltrators to leave the country or face action after May 4.
