New Delhi, March 19 -- In a move to promote health, well-being, and operational readiness of its personnel, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of AYUSH to establish collaboration between the force and the department.
The MoU was signed at the CISF headquarters here on Thursday by Inspector General (Administration) Pratibha Agarwal (on behalf of the force), and Dr. A Raghu, Adviser Ayush.
The MoU establishes a structured collaboration between the Central Armed Police Force CISF, and the ministry to integrate traditional systems of healthcare, that include Yoga, Ayurveda, and other Ayush practices, into the daily lives of the force personnel and their families.
