Beijing, Sept. 28 -- China is willing to maintain communication and exchanges with the United States through inter-governmental dialogue on AI and other channels, as it is integral to the vision of a constructive China-U.S. relationship of strategic stability on the basis of respect, fairness, and reciprocity, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Monday.
Guo made the remarks at a daily press briefing when answering a query regarding whether the artificial intelligence dialogue between China and the United States would be a sufficient framework for global AI governance.
