Raipur, Oct. 30 -- Taking serious note of the crop damage caused by Cyclone 'Arnab' in various parts of the state, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has directed all district collectors to immediately assess the damage through crop surveys. He said district administrations must act with sensitivity and urgency to ensure that affected farmers face no inconvenience and receive relief without delay.
