Ranchi, June 3 -- A delegation of the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) on Wednesday met Urban Development and Housing Department Principal Secretary Sunil Kumar and discussed issues related to the state's scheme for regularisation of unauthorised buildings.
The delegation, led by FJCCI president Aditya Malhotra, submitted suggestions on various aspects of the notification, including simplification of the online application process, issuance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), road widening norms, basement and lower ground floor provisions, labour cess, plot area norms, FAR limits and fee structure.
State Urban Development Agency Director Suraj Kumar was also present during the meeting.
