Ranchi, March 20 -- A delegation of the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries on Friday met Urban Development Secretary Sunil Kumar and discussed various issues related to urban governance and municipal administration.
During the meeting, the proposed building regularisation policy was discussed. The Secretary said the bill would be introduced soon and assured that a draft would be shared with the Chamber for suggestions.
The delay in reviewing the Ranchi Master Plan 2037 was also raised. The Chamber said the plan had not been reviewed for the past eight years, affecting effective utilisation of land by owners.
