Hyderabd, Nov. 15 -- Teleangana Chief Electoral Officer C. Sudarshan Reddy today reviewed the progress of SIR preparatory statewide.
Reddy convened a statewide video conference with all Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) in Telangana to monitor the progress of the ongoing Preparatory Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and address pending electoral issues.
Reddy reviewed the status of voter roll updates, disposal of claims and objections, and the submission of compliance reports from field units.
He instructed officials to follow the Election Commission of India's guidelines meticulously, emphasising accurate data entry, prompt field verification and error-free consolidation.
