Chandigarh, June 8 -- The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Punjab, organized a comprehensive state-level training session on Monday for administrative personnel deployed for the upcoming Special Intensive Revision (SIR). The initiative is aimed at ensuring a completely seamless, structured, and error-free execution of the electoral roll revision process across the state.
Inaugurating the sessions, Punjab Chief Electoral Officer Mrs. Anindita Mitra announced that the critical house-to-house enumeration phase of the SIR is scheduled to commence across all districts on June 25, 2026.
