Sirsa/New Delhi, Oct. 19 -- The Department of Posts has approved a new postal division at Sirsa, the transfer of Jind district from Karnal to Sonipat Postal Division and the merger of Mahendergarh Postal Sub-Division with other sub-divisions under Bhiwani, effective November 1, with expenditure to be met entirely from existing funds.
