New Delhi, May 13 -- Prabhdeep Singh, a wanted fugitive of the Delhi Police Special Cell, was brought back to India from Azerbaijan by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Prabhdeep was wanted in connection with a case registered at the Special Cell Police Station under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
"The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), in coordination with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), and Delhi Police, has successfully secured the extradition of Red Notice subject Prabhdeep Singh from Azerbaijan to India," said a senior CBI official.
