New Delhi, May 26 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation is mulling recreating the crime scene as part of its probe into the alleged dowry death of Twisha Sharma in Madhya Pradesh, after formally registering an FIR against her husband and mother-in-law over allegations of sustained harassment and physical abuse linked to dowry demands.
According to the FIR, the agency has booked Samarth Singh and his mother Giribala Singh under Sections 80(2), 85 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
