New Delhi, July 19 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today arrested a private person for allegedly impersonating as an official of Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi and demanding bribe from the loan applicants to ensure approvals.
According to officials, the instant case was registered by CBI, ACB, Dehradun on June 29, where it had been alleged that the accused claiming himselfas an official of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Krishi Bhawan, demanded a bribe of Rs 45,000, which was 2 per cent of the loan amount of Rs 22,50,000 from the complainant.
