Kullu, March 20 -- Owing to inclement weather in Banjar subdivision of Kullu district, a candidate appearing in Staff Nurse recruitment examination apparently could not reach in time and missed the examination raising concerns over the arrangements.
The candidate, Asha Thakur from Banjar, has however alleged that she was not allowed to appear in the examination even though she reached the centre around 3:55 pm, nearly five minutes before the reporting time, according to information gathered on Friday.
Thakur had travelled from Delhi to Kullu to take the examination. She said that her journey was delayed due to poor road conditions, landslides and traffic congestion.
