Ottawa, May 1 -- Canada will have a new coach at the helm as Cricket Canada announced Monty Desai as the new head coach of the men's national team.
Desai is a well-renowned coach with over 20 years of international experience. One of his standout achievements came during his tenure with Nepal, where he guided the side to regain ODI status and qualify for multiple ICC global events.
"Our foremost priority is to restore Cricket Canada's prominence through performance, professionalism, and a renewed and vitalized sense of purpose," said Arvinder Khosa, President of Cricket Canada.
