Ranchi, Nov. 9 -- Campaigning for the Ghatshila (ST) Assembly by-election in Jharkhand concluded on Sunday evening, marking an end to all public rallies, roadshows, and loudspeaker use ahead of the November 11 polling.
Candidates and their supporters can now only reach out to voters through door-to-door campaigns or social media platforms.
The bypoll was necessitated following the demise of sitting MLA Ramdas Soren, who had defeated BJP's Babulal Soren in the 2024 Assembly elections by a significant margin.
