Patna, Nov. 9 -- After record voting of 65.08 percent in first phase of Bihar assembly elections in 121 seats on Thursday last, campaign ended this evening in 122 seats for second and final phase of Bihar assembly elections to be held on November 11 during which fates of 1,302 candidates would be sealed in EVMs.
