Hyderabad, April 22 -- Telangana Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar on Wednesday appealed to RTC employees to call off the ongoing strike, urging them to prioritise public welfare and the survival of the organisation.
In a detailed statement, the minister said the government had already constituted a high-level four-member committee to examine key issues and directed it to submit its report within four weeks.
He rejected allegations that the committee was formed to delay decisions, asserting that 29 out of the 32 demands raised by workers can be resolved immediately.
