Kolkata, June 11 -- Calcutta High Court on Wednesday restrained the police from taking any coercive action against former West Bengal Sports Minister Aroop Biswas till August 17 related to the probe into the chaos that marred Argentine soccer icon Lionel Messi's visit to the Salt Lake stadium last December.
