Hyderabad, July 22 -- A cab driver has been booked for allegedly attempting to rape an IndiGo employee after diverting the vehicle to a secluded area near Shamshabad Airport on Tuesday night.
According to police, the woman had hired the cab to travel to work when the driver allegedly diverted the vehicle from the intended route to an isolated location near the airport and attempted to assault her sexually.
The victim reportedly resisted the assault, following which the accused fled the spot.
