Ladwa (Kurukshetra), July 26 -- Haryana's flagship Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana has crossed a significant milestone. More than 55,000 poor families have already received livelihood support through Antyodaya Melas, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said on Sunday.
He asserted that the state's welfare model is shifting from distributing benefits to economic empowerment and self-reliance. Calling the Antyodaya Melas "melas of hope, opportunity and self-reliance," Saini said the initiative reflects a fundamental change in governance.
