Chennai, Aug. 1 -- Upping his ante against the rulint TVK, Opposition DMK President and former CM M K Stalin on Saturday said Chief Minister Vijay was standing in isolation by trying to act solo on the vexatious Cauvery issue involving Karnataka and sought to know whether he would convene an all party meeting or not as demanded by various parties, including the allies of the TVK, and agricultural associations.
In a lengthy post on X, he said leaders of various political parties and Agricultural associations have cautioned the Chief Minister that holding talks with Karnataka in a bid to find a negotiated settlement to the decade long row would not be fruitful and also urged him not to visit the neighbouring state.
