Atul KrishanNew Delhi, May 26 -- A burglary inside DRDO has been reported from Delhi's Timarpur area, where thieves allegedly broke into the residence of a DRDO scientist and decamped with gold, silver jewellery, foreign currency and cash worth nearly Rs 45-50 lakh.
The incident took place at the Ram Narain Scientist Hostel located inside the DRDO Complex.
According to the complaint filed at Timarpur Police Station, the accused broke open three door locks and later damaged a steel almirah before fleeing with valuables.
