Lucknow, Nov. 5 -- Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) National President and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mayawati, accepting the party's request, has announced that she will lead as the chief guest at a massive tribute ceremony to be held at the Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Samajik Parivartan Sthal in Lucknow on December 6, the death anniversary of the revered Baba Saheb.
