Lucknow, May 20 -- The political temperature in Uttar Pradesh has risen over the reservation issue.
Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav released a document titled "PDA Audit," accusing the BJP government of weakening constitutional reservations. Hours later, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) counterattacked the SP, labeling Akhilesh Yadav anti-PDA.
"PDA" is a political acronym coined by Akhilesh Yadav, which stands for Pichhde (Backward classes), Dalits, and Alpsankhyak (Minorities) to consolidate marginalized and minority votes, focusing on social justice.
