New Delhi, Aug. 30 -- The murder of a Pujari from Kalkaji temple has triggered a political row in the capital, with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) holding the BJP-led central government and Delhi Police responsible for what it termed a collapse of law and order in the city.
Addressing a press conference on Saturday, AAP MLA Anil Jha said the incident was not only a case of murder but also "an attack on faith." He alleged that despite the BJP's control over multiple civic and administrative bodies in Delhi, law and order had deteriorated, leaving citizens vulnerable to crime.
