Hyderabad, Sept. 12 -- Telangana Panchayat Raj, Women and Child Welfare Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka on Saturday criticised the BRS for conducting a "mock Assembly" at its party office, alleging that the exercise amounted to a mockery of democracy and reflected the party's lack of respect or legislative institutions.
Speaking to the media in the Assembly lobby, she questioned the need for BRS leaders to hold a mock session at the party office when the actual Assembly was in session.
She said elected representatives of the Opposition had a responsibility to attend the Assembly and raise public issues.
