Hyderabad, April 22 -- Telangana Government Whip and MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy on Wednesday alleged collusion between the BJP and BRS over the Kaleshwaram project and demanded an immediate CBI probe into the alleged irregularities.
Speaking to the media at the CLP office, he said the State Government had already constituted a judicial commission for a legal inquiry, while the report of the National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA) had been handed over to the CBI. He noted that multiple reports had emerged at different stages of the investigation.
Yennam Srinivas Reddy said findings indicated structural defects in the Medigadda and Sundilla barrages and asserted that the Justice P.C. Ghosh Commission had clearly identified those responsible.
