Shimla, June 30 -- In a major breakthrough, Shimla Police have arrested the younger brother of slain private school director Manisha Mittal and another alleged conspirator for allegedly masterminding her murder over a long-running property and school management dispute.
Shimla Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mehar Panwar on Tuesday, said that Himank Mittal, the brother of the victim and chairman of the management board of Saraswati Paradise International Public School, Sanjauli, allegedly conspired with an associate, Govind, to hire contract killers from Haryana to eliminate his sister.
