Chandigarh, Aug. 11 -- Fraud involving unauthorised travel and immigration agents was among the concerns raised during a meeting between British Deputy High Commissioner Alba Smeriglio and Punjab's NRI Affairs Minister Ravjot Singh, with the state urging greater awareness among families dealing with overseas travel and visa services.
Smeriglio met Singh at his office in the Punjab Civil Secretariat in Chandigarh, accompanied by Madhu Mishra, Senior Adviser for Economics, Climate and Development at the British High Commission.
