Chennai, Dec. 12 -- India will co-host the 2nd WHO Global Summit on Traditional Medicine in New Delhi from 17-19 December, 2025, in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO).
The Summit will convene global leaders, policymakers, and experts to deliberate on future strategies, innovation, and evidence-based practices in traditional medicine.
A curtain raiser Programme was organized by the Ministry of Ayush and chaired by union Minister of Ayush Prataprao Jadhav, according to a PIB release.
In his address, the Minister highlighted India's emerging leadership in the sector and emphasized the critical role of national research institutions in enhancing global cooperation and scientific credibility.
