Bhubaneswar, Aug. 7 -- The 13th BRICS Education Ministers' Meeting concluded with the adoption of the Bhubaneswar Declaration, reaffirming education as a key pillar of BRICS cooperation and laying down a shared roadmap across five priority areas identified under India's Chairship.

The declaration emphasised strengthening universal and inclusive access to quality Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), improving school readiness, and promoting the use of age-appropriate digital solutions to support early learning, while advancing Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).
