Lucknow, Aug. 14 -- Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) President and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Mayawati, Friday appealed to all communities, including the Brahmin community, to remain connected with the BSP, stating that the party's policy is "Sarvajan Hitaya and Sarvajan Sukhaya" (for the welfare of all) and that it is dedicated to the welfare and well-being of all, not just one section.
She said that instead of leaders, the party has an army of Ambedkarite workers, dedicated in body, mind, and money, who are active at every level. This tradition was established by Kanshi Ram for the benefit of the party and the movement, she added.
